Client Responsibility

The Client remains solely responsible for all business decisions, regulatory compliance, communications, filings, financial transactions, and any actions taken based on information or recommendations generated by Clover Digital's services.

Client Data Accuracy

Clover Digital relies on information provided by the Client and authorized third parties. The Client is responsible for ensuring that all data provided is complete, accurate, and current. Clover Digital is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the Client.

Intellectual Property
